DHG Pharma ranked 8th in the top 10 best working environments in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Equipment/Healthcare industry and 35th in the "Top 100 best places to work in Vietnam".
On November 9, Anphabe Career Community, in collaboration with Intage Market Research Company, has published a list of the top workplaces in Vietnam 2022. The list has been published for nine years. The award is given in recognition of DHG Pharma's efforts to continuously grow its human resources.
Accordingly, Anphabe listed the following as the top 5 outstanding qualities of the company are: Creativity and Innovation; International Outreach; Attractive Benefits; and Cooperation & Health/Life care programs for employees.

The collective of DHG Pharma marked significant achievements like the starting to build of Betalactam factory in July. The company's net sales and profit after taxes increased by 15% and 24%, respectively, in the first nine months of 2022 compared to the same time in 2021.

The survey "Top 100 best places to work in Vietnam" was conducted by Anphabe from April to September this year, with the participation of 57,939 workers, 515 companies. In addition, this organization also conducts in-depth interviews with about 150 leaders and Human Resource Managers in 20 main industries.
The program is also sponsored by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry - VCCI. The method of survey and ranking is conducted independently and verified by a third party, the world's leading market research company in Vietnam, Intage to ensure the objectivity of the award.
